BIN item removal on feedback

Hello all. I am inquiring when a customer leaves feedback, how to block what item I sold so no one else can see. Just the positive feedback only seen. I see it on eBay but can't figure out through Auctiva to make it work.

No, the listing needs to be made private before the sale.

Thanks for the replies. I have 100% feedback score over 500 positive replies from customers. I'm selling items only in Buy It Now - BIN - on eBay. I don't want what I'm selling to be seen by other potential competition (that is how I get new ideas on new items to sell).

I use only Auctiva though. There is a check box for private listing but under Fixed Price listing. I can't find anything else in Auctiva about private listings.
