More feedback issues!!
Its getting more and more impossible to sell on there. The other week i bought two items and because I didn't pay for them within 24h (the listing stated I had 48h to pay) the seller decided she wasnt going to send me my items. She had already refunded me when i tried to open a case. I left negative feedback and about an hour later saw the feedback had been removed!!
Now my story.............sold an item a week ago, seller contacted me and said Item not received. It was only a small monetary value item so i refunded them straight away. They then leave me neg feedback and now ebay won't remove it. Ive sent a feedback revision & all my messages to them have been ignored. Ebay are saying its the "buyer opinion" and therefore cannot be changed. Yet when I was a buyer & put my opinion down my feedback gets removed & i was neutral such as item not received. Don't believe i violated any policies.
