Default Customer is not closing an open case

A customer opened a case for, "Item not received".

USPS tracking information show package moved and stopped. I still believe, this first item was received.

I shipped a replacement and now USPS show delivered, but customer is not closing case. I wanted to tell the customer to close the case. According to eBay, case is now awaiting customer's action.

What should I do?

Let it ride. If you HAVE to, call eBay CS if the item is very expensive and show them you delivered.

Otherwise, let it close on its own

I usually send one very nice message. If no response then I let it sit and close on its own.

Buyers for some reason wont do their part when it comes to this but if it was the other way around they would be filling your inbox with messages.

Case will auto close in 30 days.
