I am in the beginning stages of going stealth. I was reading about using Windows to create a new user account. One that has its own identity and therefore does not share information with the other accounts on the PC. That sounds like a great plan. So my question is, if I set up a new user account - do I still need to clean the other account (the one I have been using all along). Delete cookies, LSO and cache?
Thanks!!

It should work fine without cleaning it. But I would clean it anyways. What you really should do is perform a scorch earth policy on your computer. Reformat hard drive, everything so there is no trace any eBay bugs on there. Reinstall windows etc. it'll take a couple of hours, but those couple of hours can save you weeks if eBay somehow planted a bug in your computer that links you.
The Guide outlines in detail how you would remove all possible links if you are using the same user account. I would stay away from an old user account if I have access to making new user accounts.

Ok, dumb question. What is a "scorch earth policy" as mentioned above by glacier922? That is a term I am not familiar with. Sorry, if everyone else knows.
I definitely DO NOT recommend doing that because having a separate windows account is good enough and having cookies specific to that account from ebay and pp is actually a good thing.

I know that based on the concepts from the Stealth Book. But what can I say? I'm always paranoid now. And when I meant scorch earth policy, I just meant to wipe it out, then create all those user accts as normal.
