I want to create a usa account but I'm outside usa

how do you log them? does the ip need to be in the same country where your account is based?

Avoid VNP. VPS is a much better option.

Use google and go at least 10/15 pages deep. If it is cheap then its no use generally.

You will need to keep track of the IP addresses.

You can only use the method you have just described if you have a dynamic IP address that has an instantly expiring MAC address IP lease. This IP will only be of use to your for UK PP and UK EB, not USA or any other country.

What else are you doing about running a USA account from another country?

Address & returns address.

Bank.

Does your business plan allow profit after postage costs etc?

Are these essential needs covered?

yes they are all covered, but i thought your ebay+ paypal dont have to be linked to a bank account if jsut selling? i planned to transfer the money to my main paypal account.
if you make a new ebay.co.uk account can you sell on ebay.com? i want to sell to usa only without waiting 90 days for international selling

Before you continue you really need to keep reading, this is the worst thing you can do to any account, UK or USA or any Country. You need to have a Bank Account to withdraw funds....

VPN and VPS are completely different issues.

There is a way to sell ON eb.com (USA) with an ebay.co.uk account - you create the account on .co.uk and THEN log onto .com and sell your item - be clear about your address origin of the item...customers dont like to be fooled by items coming from OTHER countries and paying duties...

can you do this with brand new accounts? does the account have to be co.uk or can it be other eu countries too?

i tried with my old ebay,ie account and when i tried to list it says "You're not allowed to sell internationally at this time."

Probably got this error because you need to have a certain amount of positive feedback before they allow you to sell on USA eBay.

do you have to wait 90 days too? thats the reason i want to make a usa account because i dont want to wait 90 before i can sell to people in usa

Now this is where you are going to run into issues.

You would never transfer to your MAIN paypal.

That links you big time. Result is the new stealth account & good paypal get limited.

If you go to all the trouble of making an overseas account, it's better to make them as good as possible. Bank accounts sure help you get your own monies.

Do you not understand that the majority of all new USA accounts get MC999?

i learned that lesson the hard way, but if i create a new ebay.co.uk account will it let me sell on ebay.com too or do i have to wait 90 days and get 25 postives? i dont wanna sell internationally just in usa

Check the policies on the site - have to do the legwork - I don`t remember offhand
