Activity: 46% Longevity: 62% | | An easy way to track IP address when when using multiple stealth's.
This is a very easy way to make sure that you never use the same IP address twice.
At the top of excel select the column A.
Select the conditional formatting button at the top of the page under the home tab
Select highlight cell rules, then duplicate values.
Make sure the left drop down cell says duplicate, and then select what ever works best for you on the right, I choose light filled red with dark red text personally. Then click ok.
After that is done, click column A again, conditional formatting, select highlight cell rules, then duplicate values again. This time change the left hand drop down value to unique, then the right hand drop down menu to again what ever suits you. I choose green filled with dark green text.
If the cell lights up red, you need to get a new IP, if it lights up green your good to go
Hope this helps DOWNLOAD THIS AS A ZIP FILE HERE

Great tip, James.
Your stealth knowledge is seriously impressive for someone that has only been here for 20 days.

I could pretend I am a fast learner.... But actually I have been doing stealth for a fair few years, never thought to look for a forum dedicated to it until about a month ago. I have learned a number of new things since I have been on here, it is an incredibly knowledgeable place.

Perfect tip for Excel newbies such as myself. Pair this with some of the pre-made spreadsheets floating around and you'll have yourself an easier time.

Also, if you want to check your IP quickly here is a good way:
1. Enter your IP address associated with your Account
2. Click on " Find & Select" at the top right hand corner of Excel
3. Either Copy/Paste, or enter manually your IP in the search field
4. Click on "Find All"
This will find all the cells with the same IP, here's a little example.

Anyway, it's far better to have a place where ideas and support can be shared.
All the best.

There is an iPhone APP called IP VIEW I know I mentioned this a lot but it really works great u can instantly see if your IP was used as long as you use it every time it keeps a log of all IPs and will tell u instantly if it is new or used, I use this along with excel to be xtra careful

Is there a way to be able to do this but only highlight duplicates in different columns but not ones in the same?

I have columns set up from G through P with each account as the header for each column. I log the IP down the column for whichever account I am using.... So if an IP matches up with another one in its own column it doesn't matter, so I was wondering how I could just have the IP highlight if it mismatches with one from another column.

I'm having the same problem utilizing this method of checking ip addresses. For those of us (assuming most of us) that are doing stealth with multiple accounts, it doesn't really matter if the ip address is a duplicate of an address that was used before for that same account.
Example: column A is date logged in, and column B is ip address used. Both columns are under Stealth Account X. Using this method, red would flash for the entire column B if the ip address was used before in that column, and green would flash for the column if the ip address was not ever used before for this particular Account X. Even if it flashes red indicating a duplicate ip, it doesn't matter because that ip is linked already to the particular account anyways. We would be able to use it without fear of any linkage to begin with.
We are more interested in cross-referencing these ip addresses with OTHER stealth accounts, in order to make sure that a different ebay/paypal has never before used the ip address we want to use. So using the excel spreadsheet, if Stealth Account X has columns A (for date logged in) and B (for ip address used), then Stealth Account Y has columns C (for date logged in) and D (for ip address used), and Stealth Account Z has columns E and F. We want to check if the ip address we put into column B has been used in columns D and F for the other accounts.
Much more useful would be something that flashes in the other columns for ip address. I hope this makes sense!
I have my spreadsheet set up the same as MM78's. You can see the screenshot a couple posts above.

Much easier to just use 'Control H' to locate a previous IP and see which account that IP was used with in the past.

Yeah that's what I thought. I know it's possible using excel but it gets real complicated at some point. Thanks for confirming!
