How do ebay sellers sell low priced items?

I am a newbie in terms of liquidation. How do you find the liquidation event for stores like sears?

Law firms handel them, thru the Courts of course, a judge appoints a Trustee, which is usually a law firm to oversee the assets of the company while it is in receivership.

This has been discussed in the forum although probably not in as much detail as it could have been, that accounts with good high limits can have those limits downsized eventually by ebay if sellers do not for one reason or another make enough use of the potential of them!
