Default Seller evaluation dates

Im up for evaluation on 4/20

I have surpassed 400+ transactions since February 1st up until this point, but on my seller dashboard my transaction counter hasnt moved since the beginning of April but its still counting my DSRs? So now it says I will be below standard on my next eval even tho if I run a DSR report I would be a TRS from February until today.

Will this fix itself or will I be a Below Standard seller? Will this evaluation still count 12 month metric even tho I have surpassed 400 since feb 1st?

The evaluation on April 20 covers the period : 12 months: Apr 01, 2013 - Mar 31, 2014, so your transactions for April are not counted into the evaluation

But why are you below standard??? Do you have too many low DSRs ? If so than you won't be a TRS , you can only, have a max of 2 low DSRs in any one category for the 12 month period , any more and you won't be a TRS

it counts my low DSR scores from this month but not my transactions?

I would be a TRS in the 3 month period metric from Feb 1st to today and the end of April.

Ebay system is rigged against you for TRS.
All my accounts are currently under 3 month review and we do not attempt to be top rated sellers based of pure profit of charging shipping fees on small items, but to sum it up, transactions NOT feedback is the name of the game. Our accounts are always great because we keep transaction extremely high even thought we sometimes hover around 99% feedback because DSR are based on transactions not feedback. The rigged part is the count all lows scores on the 20th but on the 22nd-26th they make adjustments for the good of your account.
In my experience and ebay businesses the issue is when sales are flying along and the next month cut in half. Ebay seems to dislike this GREATLY and sometimes manually puts you below standard even though DRS are great. Also a high rate of cases even though you are welll under .30 can cause the "Men in the back room" to review your account and every move.

3 days ago I was at .82% for Item as described.

Today I am just a little over 1% because of 1 DSR that popped up out of nowhere... I dont care about TRS but I do care about being Above standard...What has me confused is my DSR went up but my transactions didnt move from what it is recorded on their dashboard so I wasnt sure if it was a recent feedback that was left that did it or they just never included a low DSR score from last month.

If I go below standard, is that an automatic 21 day hold put on my paypal? This account is Tax ID verified as well.

I agree Yank, which is why I picked it up this month on that account to try and sell as much as possible to get over that 400 per 3 month metric.

yes below standard even if MANUALLY put there is a 21 day hold. Terrible if you have a high volume of international sales. If it is just global(not usa), then no big deal at all and no hold, just lower visibility that can be easily manipulated.
