Has anyone ever heard of Netneutrals? They seem to have any agreement with eBay to remove feedback..

"We determine it's necessary and appropriate to remove Feedback and detailed seller ratings."


"We receive a decision from NetNeutrals, via the Independent Feedback Review process, requesting Feedback removal."

That's interesting, this is the first time I heard of them, I just went to their website and eBays site to read about them

It's basically a law firm that serves basically as a independent 3 rd party appeal process to feedback

It just has to be on .com and $1000+

So if you feel the feedback is unfair you can pay for net neutrals services, they will hear both sides of the case and than they decide if it should be removed or if the feedback will stand and eBay lets them decide

That's a nice service, it would be good to hear of anyone's experience with them

Never sold an item for over $1000 on eBay. So I have never heard of them.

Interesting though. Checking out the site.
