I just spent the last half hour trying to figure this out. I got .22% out of 300 . But I've got over 1,000+ feedback in the last 12 months so why does it show 300?

It not cases I'm talking about, if you get more than 1% of 1 and 2 stars in item as described category which is considered low, they will suspend you indefinitely like they did to me.

Yeah I get that point. But how do they calculate this? Out of how many months? I mean I got like 1k+ feedbcak and .22% and it says 1 out of 311.

311? I'm trying to figure out what that is.

So...I was wondering why my BIN listings hit the bottom and not the auctions. I may have low DSRs with 100% feedback...You would just think if that is the case, you would see a negative....crazy!!

Makes you wonder if it is competitors in a highly competitive niche leaving "invisable" negative feedback by doing this. Why else would anyone do this? What are the percentages to get your listings down at the bottom? Does it take a large percentage or just small especially with a low denominator of sales.

On the new seller rating pop up under seller dashboard...it says 0 low dsrs. But I had a case open that stayed open forever due to buyer mistaking the order and very slow communication. I finally got it closed 5/10. When will my listings go back to normal? I swear...this is why I am making stealth accounts!!!

It is calculated yearly, however many dsr are left per year, your are not to exceed 1% of low stars in that category.

What about when a case is closed in your favor, how long does that take to fall off? I don't even know if that is when it started, but something happened. Its ridicolus...and this is why I am going to have a few accounts thanks to the great people on this forum!!!

This is really bs to be honest with you all. I'm at a .22 so this means I can only get 3 more max but I'm fine just got to build up more feedback. Not a problem on my end really. But wow so easily to get rid of your account I can see. tap tap tap

I've seen one seller in my category have like 0 negatives but a lot of N feedback. He probably calls in all the time to get the Negatives removed or so.

No it was not about feedback is about low drs, when I called to inquire why I was suspended that's what they said, just a word of advice and I didn't believe it either until it happened to me.

Dang man! They don't even give you a chance? Yikes, years of selling, making money etc. then bam! they ban you like that.

Competitors take every angle they can to hurt the competition. Especially in highly competitive categories.

If I get a dinged DSR I make sure I list some items that will get that ding fixed by adding several perfect 5.0s by selling low priced items I have never had a single issue with.

That's a good idea but it's too late now, Ya they may give you a chance in other categories such as shipping price, speed, and communication, but not in item as described. It those three categories you can have up to 2% low drs but in item as described only 1% and no chance to fix it.

Well build feedback + let the account sit for months.

It's what I'd do!
