How to relist the sold items at new eBay account?

I sold 3 items in my new eBay account, but eBay does not let me to relist my sold items. Only 7 items are active and the 3 sold items just holding the place and don't let new items to replace the spots. Please help me on this.

If that's the case then you have 7 items active and you have sold 3. You can't relist the items as you would exceed your selling limit.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOUNT SELLING LIMITS?

Are you saying that you only had 7 items listed, all with a quantity of 1 and you sold 3 of them, leaving 4 active listings with 3 sold?

If this is the case then the chances are you are selling in a category where you have listing restrictions (probably of 5 items per month or less).
