say i have a paypal account that is associated with a suspended ebay account. i open new ebay/paypal, and every time i receive a payment in new paypal account, i send it to old paypal account.
will ebay start getting suspicious and look into this?

my 1st account was suspended bc i sent $400 to my brothers account so i could use his paypal debit to take it out to pay my rent that day. I called them explained it was my bro, blah blah. they didnt care. They never released the accounts
