I am glad to see that you got it worked out in your favor. But I cannot help but to think how lame it is that some buyers actually use FB as an outsource for their frustration. I cant help but to think if the buyer would actually be the same way if he was face to face with the seller. I think not. It is disgusting how easily it is for ppl to be asses when they are communicating over a phone or internet. And I do not say this because someone's size makes a difference. It is just easier to take the humanity out when a human isnt present.
