NEW DSR AND FEEDBACK REVISION STARTING OCTOBER 20th

This is what i am smoking..... The post is not the same as it has a different title and if it was the same then I would have just copy and paste word for word. The main reason behind this post is because not everybody go to the "Ebay Feedback" section of the forums to look for help or information. The majority of hits/views is in the "Ebay Discussion" where newbies and fellow members often go to. I know that a lot of people have tons of Complaints about Ebay's Feedback system and DSR ratings and that is why I feel it is necessary to let as many people know about the upcoming change without cluttering the forums. This should be good news.

I'm personally glad Boomer reposted this, I must have missed it the 1st time.

Sometimes duplicate posts are good as most of us after being here a while just read the "New Posts" and the old ones are shuffled into oblivion.

Awesome. 5 feedback withdrawals per year. If you get 10 idiots who don't know how to use the feedback system you're out of luck.

The new feedback revision is really not going to work if you get alot of new idiot ebay buyers that are trigger happy on the negative feedback button or competitor sellers.

I had a idiot buyer leave me Negs cause i didnt get around to accepting his paypal payment he sent to my email it was like the day after the sale he left Neg then what do u know shortly after egay bans the account Abuseing ebay what a crock of s**t

Ebay should allow a seller to have 5 negative removed in a year no matter what they buyer says! We have no say in it when ebay removes a non paying bidder strike!

"Seller Standards: new policy requires minimum DSRs to list on eBay
I also want to remind you that the new Seller Standards policy is going into effect on November 3. We will begin enforcement of this policy as follows: Sellers with one or more Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) below 4.1 will be restricted from listing. Sellers with a DSR between 4.1 and 4.3 will be allowed to list, but their listings may be subject to further demotion in search results. See best practices for improving your DSRs.
