Default US PayPal + eBay - Possible as a European?
Is it possible to sell on eBay & have a US PayPal account as a European? How does this work with IP addresses etc. ?

But, more importantly:

- How am I going to withdraw money from my US PayPal account? (No US bank account).

You will get banned fairly soon when eBay figures out that all your ebay and paypal login ip's are from europe.

to 'look' USA your IP should be located there.

Why not just register your account on Euro-eB/pp and then log onto eB US to sell? I do this for my Canadian accounts...and vice-versa as needed.
