Just buy a VCC and use a bank account with a nick name, or Bank of america bank account with a stealth name to verify the paypal account?
| Step 1) Open PP account with fresh new Email address. Add Stealth name and stealth physical address.
Step 2) Get a prepaid visa card (look thru forums for a good one).
Step 3) Go to card website and verify zip code online with same stealth info you used to open PP
Step 4) Get a fresh bank account with REAL name. Do not attempt to FRAUD the bank. Get a bank that allows different name xfers. I've been using Wells Fargo for years.
Step 5) Add Visa Card and Bank account to PP
Then you're done!! Good luck.
Do not add phone# and SS#. That is not required at this point. If you do it right you will never have to add this info. |
