===== MC999 is almost a generic limitation / suspension / you are suspicious, etc code. It depends on the message that you get with the MC999
And my last question is. The last account, the 7th account I couldn't use because after 10 days aging as a buyer for some odd reason it's asking me to add a credit card. Even though I made my payment as automatic payment and made sure I don't want to use credit card , it's like if I try to make a sellers account, it's going to ask for CC, and will take me to a paypal account asking for it. And their is no way around it for some reason. I don't know if you guys have any ideas?

Here's the question, have you gotten the
stealth guide yet and if you have, have you followed everything in it to the dot?
Because if you miss a step no matter how small it is, your accounts won't be solid and you'll run into problems here and there like this.
I like to take the time to create the accounts and make sure that I cover all my bases as much as I humanly can as this will make a much more solid account
And keeping in mind my paypal is linked to it and it's set to take payments out of it but it's asking for a second option no matter what.
