Ok I seriously seen you have 1000's of posts and you dont know anything about new acct mc999 calls. Anyway if so yes you need to often on new accts get a ebay mc999 and you need to call and answer basic questions like is this your acct, who else is using it, do you have the items in ypur possession. Blah blah blah

I don't deal with USA accounts. And if you seriously read my posts you'd know I am from Europe and I only deal with European accounts. When I see the MC99 I think to myself "what a bunch of Sh*t you guys got to deal with" no joke bro. It's so bad that I don't even care to read it. Because we don't run into this problem like USA accounts. All accounts are different bro!

The only time I give them answers is if I call about a problem with a customer to verify my account and it's normally "what is your account zip code registered, and the phone number on the account..." then I get the "thank you for that how can I help you today?" I once called in on my USA account about a problem with something a glitch. It was "what company did you own in the past. Was it A. B. C. or D." with another question. :O Like really???? WOW.

I mean would you rather deal with that??? OR deal with something like mine? Where they only ask you for address, and phone number, or the email registered to the account? :O

Not to mention I read you guys get phone calls from EB/PP randomly to check up on you??? What is this? They treat you guys like kids for god sakes! I had never had this.

To me USA is not #1 for Ebay/PP accounts.

danshan back to you

Not a chance Mate.

This is how it works.

If you come from a less populated country in the world that is rich. Your account bs will be less far more less.

If you registered in a country that has more then 300,000,000 people where do you think most of the online crimes come from?

I wonder how setting up a Nigerian account set up would be?

Nigerian, Chinese, USA, Brazil, India, and some other of the 3rd world countries.

I know in Australia they send out a letter to the address to verify so they know you live there. I don't know if they still do that or not but I read about it mate.

It's very hard. When I was 18 years old. I use to make paypal accounts just to see limits in all the countries in the world. Brazil, And Australia were at $4,000 sending limit or receiving limits. I can't remember what one it was but it was like this.

In the USA you require to enter the SSN. Now since you live in the USA you must think the rest of the world has the same system right? NOPE!

It's all different for everyone else.

If you go to Mcds in Northern Parts of America, the food is different then the southern states on the menu, or any where else you go in the world.

Ebay is the same way, it's different for any other country in the world.

You guys deal with so much bs that I don't even care to start up USA accounts. I'm thinking of making them just to sell on them but I'd never use them personally with this $20,000 or 200 limit per year. What a joke!

Sure you can register EIN numbers, etc. But ...nevermind.

I use to talk to a guy from a 3rd world country. And the things he had to do just to open up an account made it so not worth it at all.

I just told him get a VPS and buy a USA account way less problems. Or a European account.

So again, my question is... Can I replace the limited Paypal linked to my unlimited eBay account with a new verified Stealthed Paypal email? Yes or no? Will this get me linked or banned?

Example you use the account to sell 10 1 dollar items not too particular but if your acct sells 600 iphones it better be hella strong
Here it is again if you missed it

So let's analyze what was said here Masimo.

You are wanting to remove a paypal "linked" to your unlimited ebay account. And then link another newer one to it correct?

Did you not ready the Stealth Book?

So true, You cant beat Uncle Sam at hustlin, legalize weed, driving under the influence, jail, court costs, probation costs. Countries can either have 10% give Sam the rest, or we make lies invade, take it all and kill

I was doing research and stumbled on this... "yes you can bro. I have 2 paypal accounts under 1 ebay account. When you post something for sale, just make sure you put the correct paypal email account on the box indicated so you get the money sent there."
