Oh and I checked that account .51% defect for item not received. I never had this problem and I guess I only sold $890 on that account in the last 12 months. Go figure.

Top Rated Seller was a joke to begin with. You didn't have to sell a lot to get it, but you gotta sell a lot to keep it.

Yup. All this to get top ranking in the search. Then you see so many non-TRS up there ahead of you and your wondering... :thumb: good job ebay. I put in so much and this happens.

But honestly so sick of it. They say it's keywords to be at the top. Then it's 5 star rating, now it's defect rate, then it's click through rate along with how many sold items for better ranking. So what one is it??? :smash:

The old ebay was nice and fun the newer one is really starting to blow. I'm looking at Amazon.
