Ebay Glitch
 

So I bought an Item, Seller contacts me that the item is not available.....ask if he can cancel the auction.

When I click on "Take Action" I get the following:

Case Information Unavailable
The information you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time.

If it's not one thing it's another!!!

Yeah I seen that waited a couple hours came back it worked try a fnct f5

MM, that's pretty normal.

THat message is in a red box on the top center of the screen right?

Good thing it's not money related on your end that's glitching

Just stared at the screen for a long time.....but most likely it was a glitch and it fixed it self.

A couple of days ago, I got an email from eBay advising that a buyer had opened a case against me for a laptop I sold him.

The problem is, I don't sell laptops! I checked the headers on the email and it looked real.

But when I went to the Resolution Center, I had no open cases. I'm watching it, but I think this was just a glitch. So, when you mentioned your problem, I thought that maybe there is a problem with eBay's case management programs???
