Re: Ebay Glitch
A couple of days ago, I got an email from eBay advising that a buyer had opened a case against me for a laptop I sold him.
The problem is, I don't sell laptops! I checked the headers on the email and it looked real.
But when I went to the Resolution Center, I had no open cases. I'm watching it, but I think this was just a glitch. So, when you mentioned your problem, I thought that maybe there is a problem with eBay's case management programs???
