Yes used to happen to me all the time. Just clear your cookies. Then try sign back in should be fine. Do not delete your flash cookies just normal ones.

Straight from the horse's mouth....

Problems signing in?

Try deleting (clearing) your cookies and your browser’s cache (also called temporary internet files).

Note: Cookies are small files placed on the hard drive of your computer, which eBay uses to provide you with services.

Cache is a local storage area on your computer where copies of images and web pages are kept for quicker viewing the next time you visit the same page. Your cache can become outdated or full, causing pages to load slowly or not at all. See the Help section of your browser’s menu to learn how to delete these temporary Internet files.

How come you think this money?

It's not ideal but the cookie monster will forgive you.

IDEA: Next time this happens to someone, try clearing just your cache out and see if that solves the problem.

Exactly cleaning your cookies will not cause any problems for your account and will fix this SIGN in problem
