Every street has a range of addresses. I wouldnt use someones address but I would use something within that range of addresses not tied to anyone's physical address.

If your looking to open multiple stealths and need real addresses you may try searching for houses for sale or rent that look empty in your area, trulia or zillow is a good source.

If you need a place you have access to for returns then like others have said PO boxes with the physical address of the post office with Box number BLAH or Unit number Blah works.
