Glad you got it resolved. For future reference they will send bailiffs for $2 + bailiff costs...trust me.

If you need to go to the extent of buying a prepaid card to pay the balance off, do it.

In the UK, yes. It wasnt a stealth account, and I just didnt use ebay for months so forgot about the fees till the formal letters began rolling in through the post.
