Yup!, your right. There was a second option there which seems to have gone awol

ebay really need to get their act sorted, if you every figure out how to cancel a transaction do let us know..

The option should be back now.

Ebay admit it was a glitch and that they are going to implement a new returns system eventually.

If anyone juat refunded by paypal without opening a cancel transaction request then the resulting defect is removable.


Ebay needs to get its act together. Every week theres another glitch/system failure. at the moment its worse than ever.

I think its because they have got all these "bright" ideas of becoming the next online retail place and they want everything in place for the holiday season. They need to understand sometimes too much change in a small period of time can break things
