I bought ebay stealth and just have a quick question

eBay Stealth says "its one of the reasons i suggested at the beginning to open your new account in a friend or family member's name.

Is this correct? I've been a lurker in these forums until i decided to buy stealth and from what ive read people suggest THE OPPOSITE of using a friend or family members name (for paypal Ssn purposes)

Advise is now to use stealth info and not get family and friends involved.
