I would start slowly. Very slowly.

You know that story about the hare and the tortoise? The tortoise wins the race?

Well if a slug was involved, the slug would win. You need to be that slug.

Do everything slowly, turn your computer on slowly, type even slower. Then when you are about to press enter to list that first item, Don't. Just freeze. You are now in a zen like state of stealth.

Sorry I am bored.

You may well have category restrictions with video games anyway. If you have good history then you should be fine listing them.

Have other stealths ready... make them "marinate" and gain credibility... ban hammer could fall anytime.

Video games are hard. I sell slowly until I get my first increase, then I sell to or beyond my limits. I don't sell anything risky though such as video games.

If I was going to sell video games, it would not be on a new account.

Forget the video game part for now.

On a newly created account. I would list 1 item immediately and expect to have to call in with the NEW MC999 within the first 30 minutes after listing the item. Make sure you are ready to answer the dumb question like name address phone number, etc. Don't take pics from other ppl. Get your own. Or wait 1 month before listing your first item. After 30 days, you generally do not get the NEW MC999 on the first listing.

Either scenario, after your first listing is viewable/searchable on EB, I would list more. If it is 10/1000, I would fill it up with low risk items. I would keep the account fully listed until it was about 90 days old. That is when I would list some video games.

This gives you a nicely aged acct over 90 days and some feedback from sellers to show EB that they can trust you a lil more.
