Selling Limit '0' but not banned, still have other accounts running so how?
Advise needed . I have got 3 stealth accounts under the same ID info. TWO for selling and ONE for buying. Recently one of the selling account got "selling limit reduced = 0" due to defect rate higher than 5%. Still able to sell some stuff in very small quantity because the only listings that are still running are 'Good til Canceled'...but cant increase the quantity. I have waited for 3 months now and the rating become slowly healthy from 4.3 to 2.3. I tried listing new stuff and the limit still applies.
Question 1: Should I use my 3rd account which is merely used for buying to create a new seller account and continue selling the SAME stuff (the policy did states I cannot create new account to sell SAME stuffs but I am using old account...can?
Question 2: Or is it better that I continue to wait hoping that with further better DSR the limit would be take off?
Question 3: I thought eB@y would increase the selling limit when my account become better...why still cant sell?

1. Since all 3 accounts are under the same info you will not be able to use that 3rd account anyway. They all share a rather hard link.
2. The account will most likely NOT receive any limit increases. Its not in EBay's methodology to increase the limits for no reason once theyre down to '0' items.
3. See the answer to #2.
Youre on a stealth forum. Start doing things the stealth way and youll be able to start selling again. Just make sure to follow the proper methods and principles to ensure success.

Yes....stealth is having accounts that are NOT linked......you screwed yourself, by stealth standards anyway.
Practicing correct stealth, there is no "dominoe effect" ......which is exactly what you have now.........sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is what it is.

Actually regarding the linking part I used one stealth ID to create 3 accounts for different usages on purpose. As mentioned before I still have ONE selling account which is still working fine therefore at first I am wiling to wait for the other selling account to lift off the selling limit...but the question is HOW LONG will it be? (3 months? 6 months? 1 year?)
Or can I do this instead...the 3rd account which is merely just for buying turn it to become an active selling account. Selling the SAME stuffs which I was previously doing with the account that got selling limit restricted. Can I do this? Will it raise any red flag? Just worried it's violating the policy and affect my other healthy account.

As mentioned by slokor at the beginning of your post you have already linked all 3 accounts by using the one ID to create them, they are doomed, you need to start afresh and read much more of this forum's info on creating new accounts to learn how to create stealth accounts successfully that don't get banned
