Quick question regarding international listings

Hello guys,

I'm new to ebay and was just wondering if there is a way to get around the requirements to be able to list internationally?

Currently you need 10 feedback + had your first successful sale 90 days ago.

If anyone could answer I'd appreciate it.

No there is no way around it as far as I am aware.
The only solution is to buy an aged account.

Three more question, I've currently sold an item today but my money is pending at the moment. Will it take 21 days or can I get it sooner? The buyer left positive fb on my account if that makes any difference.

Also, regarding ebay fees. As my money is pending, how will I be able to pay the fees? Will i need to add money into my paypal account?

Will ebay take fees every month or a couple of days after a transaction?
