When do my final fee value credits kick in?.

I have a $500 dollar ebay fee ballance and they don't seem to ever go down.

If I cancel a transaction and a buyer never responds do I get my final value fee back?. I get a ton of those.

If you cancel a transaction and they do not reply after 7 days, then you can close it and receive your seller fee back. But you have to go in and close it out.

You have to close the case then you get your FVF back.
