Did ebay just tell your over the phone that you did not have to refund the buyer or did they tell you by email, if email and you still have it then you have that as proof that they ok'd it, if it was just over the phone then as has been said you need to try standing your ground, did you get a name of the rep you spoke to who said you were ok, ebay of course are one of the biggest scam merchants around, the emails they send with contradictory info in them is becoming legendary |
