My account also became free of the 21 day hold also. Started in October and as of last week on the 19th I can access my funds, However I still can only list 60 or $ 9000 worth. Stealth does work and is not as difficult as one thinks, really its a psychological hurdle you have to leap

Yea it just lasted 5 days on all accounts or at least my new accounts with holds, must be PayPal possibly reprogramming or whatever changes they have been doing, but it was a nice 5 day window
