ooooo.halo | 01-26-2015 07:29 PM | refund Jeez...im.having.some.problem.buyers lately.
Got one now saying top doesnt fit her.
Probably best given the price to refund her and let her keep it as it wasnt expensive.
Agree??
Also do issure refund through ebay or paypal. Which would be the best method or does it not matter.
Thanks :-) |

Not botheres, just want to do the safest way :-) |
pokerpro | 01-27-2015 03:10 AM | Re: refund No, you aren't out the FV fee if you refund them........I just refunded an idiot thru paypal and I got a message, on eBay saying they had credited back my FV fees. |

Just gonna do it now. Not even so much of a thankyou off this buyer. I can see bad feedback looming on this one :-( |
ooooo.halo | 01-27-2015 05:27 PM | Re: refund Well i had to share this one with you.
I refunded the lady this morning and have been pretty busy today, so not checked emails.
Just checked them recently and a message from her saying that i had far exceeded what she expected of me and what a wonderful person i am :pound:
Well heres the best bit. In the same email she states that she has decided to sell it on her own account and has bids on it now ( that are greater than what she won it for from me )
Anyway she wants to give me my money back. Bless her heart. Ive refused and told her to put it in a charity box.
A swift reply saying how wonderful i am and how she has added me to her favourite sellers and hopes to buy off me again in the future.
Result...lol |

However, i did mine thru paypal.
I think GB mentioned yesterday, that final value fees are not a given. So you may or may not get them back, though of course we should. Keep checking, though usually they are credited immediately

:-) | In order to get your FVF back, you have to request transaction cancellation in ebay. After buyer confirms, they will credit you back. You can also utilize this method to refund your buyer too...when they confirm the cancellation, ebay will process a full refund afterwards. Works to your advantage. | All times are GMT -5.
