Default refund

Jeez...im.having.some.problem.buyers lately.
Got one now saying top doesnt fit her.
Probably best given the price to refund her and let her keep it as it wasnt expensive.
Agree??
Also do issure refund through ebay or paypal. Which would be the best method or does it not matter.
Thanks :-)

NO... just tell them send back for full refund OR they can keep it for a smaller refund instead. refund through pp... unless it was like ten bucks or something.

Sounds like a plan dealproceed and that #10 would be something £7.50 or £8

Well i had to share this one with you.

I refunded the lady this morning and have been pretty busy today, so not checked emails.
Just checked them recently and a message from her saying that i had far exceeded what she expected of me and what a wonderful person i am

Well heres the best bit. In the same email she states that she has decided to sell it on her own account and has bids on it now ( that are greater than what she won it for from me )

Anyway she wants to give me my money back. Bless her heart. Ive refused and told her to put it in a charity box.
A swift reply saying how wonderful i am and how she has added me to her favourite sellers and hopes to buy off me again in the future.

Result...lol

Taking the high road always pays off. Maybe not so quickly as your experience and maybe not in this lifetime but it always pays off. Nice story thanks.

Hi..i havent checked to be honest as my sale was a very cheap one to begin with.
However, i did mine thru paypal.
I think GB mentioned yesterday, that final value fees are not a given. So you may or may not get them back, though of course we should. Keep checking, though usually they are credited immediately
:-)

In order to get your FVF back, you have to request transaction cancellation in ebay. After buyer confirms, they will credit you back. You can also utilize this method to refund your buyer too...when they confirm the cancellation, ebay will process a full refund afterwards. Works to your advantage.
