Default Investing Back into eBay Business

Thread Moved to Main Discussion for more visibility:

I'm wondering you guys invest back into your eBay business? What sorts of things do you do to make yourselves more efficient and able to provide optium customer service?

I have done the following so far:

1. New Dymo Labelwriter (print labels at home)
2. Endicia account (shipping from home)
3. Found supplier for all packaging & supplies needs
4. Increase product order quantities to drive down prices and maintain margins

Things I am looking into:

5. A way to ship from all my accounts using 1 platform ( Inkfrog? )
-currently switch between accounts to load tracking info
-goal is to upload all tracking using 1 program/platform
6. Mi-Fi Device for a seperate 3G/4G wireless in-home network solely for managing accounts
7. New Laptop strictly for managing accounts

If anyone has any ideas on how I might achieve items 5,6 and 7 that would be great!!

Thanks!!

If you live in a university town there may be a university surplus sale, either regularly or just once in a while. I live in a university town, and there's a sale here at least once a month. So long as you show up fairly early, you're pretty much guaranteed to be able to score a fairly new laptop for $100 or so - maybe a little more if it's got some bells and whistles and is like basically brand new, less if it's a couple of years old and pretty bare bones. At most all you have to do is to install an OS, but usually it has everything but Word (and whatever other licensed programs).

Several months ago I looked into a Mifi, but I didn't really see any use for it as I have been tethering off of my iPhone for awhile now.

The Mifi itself was free with a 2 year contract, and then ran off of your existing data plan, or if you wanted it separate it was like $50 a month for only 5gb of data..

At the time there was also some Unlocked ones selling on eBay & Amazon, but you still had to buy the data, whether prepaid or adding it to your existing contract.
Just wasn't beneficial for me.
