Because the actual problems with Paypal account and AVS or VCC we are thinking about using foreigners accounts.

For use them i need only a VPS or a VPS and SOCKS proxy server? What is the ideal configuration?

You should get a dedicated VPS. What country are looking at operating from?

We have a few knowledgeable Italian people here - perhaps wait on their comments
