I was able to list items but Zero limits?

I was able to list 20 items on my first listing but it says zero limits? Does this make any sense? I'll attached the photo.

I wasn't able to see that beforehand because I clicked the sell link and I went through the easy tab method of selling items. I listed 20 then I wanted to send me code to my phone so I verified it. After entering all the listings info I hit list then i came to this landing page where it shows that I listed 20 items....

they limited your account until you call in for verification....very common.

Well, the items prob wont be visible for the first 12 hours if not the whole 24 hours. Before it is visible, you will get a warning from ebay saying you have exceeded your limits. Or at least that is what would happen if you had 10/1000 limits and you was allowed to list the 11th item.
