ebay item not received dispute
 

a client open a ebay dispute item not received, looks like the package was lost or not scanned in the last point, i wait a lot of time to see if the package was delivered, today i ask him if received the package and he tell yes was received, but the dispute stil open, i tell him to close the dispute but nothing still, the money was held in paypal but i want to know if the money was released or still held or refunded to the seller thank you

can someone check the atachment and check if the money was refunded to the seller or was released to me or still held in paypal?

the buyer canceled right now the dispute. but the balance at paypal are the same i have after that.

It looks to me like the funds have been released to the seller again

i think the same james, looks like was releaded to me in feb 15 but why if the dispute was closed yesterday...

I had one of these cases and I lost even though tracking was provided. eBay sided with the buyer/potentially a scammer.

If the buyer cancelled the dispute through eB....he might have done so earlier and it only registered with pp yesterday...?

Do you have any emails from paypal it will explain more about what they have done with the money.
