Maybe consider a trading name and getting access to a real address that he alone can use.

i did try for troll
i first i wanna explain what happened in 2007,that time i have one workstation and i have 2 ebay account,i am try open another one but ebay do not let me open it,that time i am doing part time computer rapering,one guy bring me a computer,i am install new operating system (XP) i am try open new account this customer computer and still it can but i did not complate,that time i have only screen i am shut down and install my computer and without turn off ADSL modem i am try open new ebay account on my computer but ebay again do not let me do it,i am a inquisitive people i am try figure out ebay how to know my computer that time i am format my harddrive install new system and try again open new ebay account but ebay again do not let me do it,but i can still open with my customer computer and i am also open it that point clear ebay take my mac id and do not let me open new account!

let go back to 2014,last year i am start using my friend ebay account he is set up on own computer seller account(add credid card linked paypal etc)and gave me account login information,i am reset my browser i am deleted all cookies i am login account and try doing some listing but ebay do not let me listing any item,and still give me number for call ebay customer service she say are you using how many device for connect ebay? xxxx mac id is your computer or someone using your account?she is confirm my mac id and numbers %100 same with my computer mac id

another thing also happened last year,in China we must using VPN which is let me connect google facebook youtube etc. one time i am forget turn off before login ebay account ebay still can not resirve any item or still can not listing like last time ask me call customer service again she told me do not using many device using only one device if you always do like this maybe we can not active your account,this is happened coz when i using VPN that time i am connect with different mac id,this is also happened several time for paypal

so guys i am sharing with you my experience,if you want you can believe if you want you can say rubbish etc. hope this informations useful for you guys

and one more information,i have before livezilla on my web site,who is connect my web page i can see time zone,operation system,language browser version,computer name,ip addres,screen resolution (like 1024x768),i believe if i can see with small code these thins ebay can see many thing

They don't see machine name, details, motherboard serial number, etc, unless you've put EB software on your machine, then all bets are off.

I've had poor success lately with GV, changing to tracfone fixed the issue, I agree with the others.

I've never had any luck with anything short of a physical phone. GV always led me to 0/0.

You have to pay to play.

I wouldn't be burning savings accounts until I got my process figured out. Better options out there until you can get over the 0/0's. Can always add the bank later.

Thanks for all the responses. I've created 45 accounts with >0/0 limits thanks to your recommendation for a Tracfone over Google Voice :)

rsot, thanks for the nod :). Is it a problem to use the same Tracfone and just change the number? Will this come back to bite me? I've read on these fabulous forums that PayPal may ask for phone number validation before withdrawing. Can I just change my PayPal number to a new, valid Tracfone number before initiating a withdrawal? Or should I really be using one Tracfone per account, and keeping each Tracfone number valid and not letting it expire?

You wouldn't be able to add a number after getting that security message. Well you can - but it wouldn't fix the problem. Any number other than the one originally used to create the account would bring up a new error message saying that the number isn't registered in your name.

So keeping the original number is key to avoid problems like that in the future.

so if we have GV confirmed PP but EB gives 0/0 limits for same GV number, it's best to trash both PP and EB accounts, not even bother calling in, since they are connected and just start over with new trac # on fresh new PP and EB or is there a salvage strategy? Just create another ebay using new trac # and then connect the old GV confirmed PP?

Use to be able to create new PP and EB using GV but looks like that's not very consistent anymore

It's up to you. The account can be saved, it's just that the odds are against you. But since the account has 0/0 limits, it's effectively useless and therefore you have nothing to lose at that point besides your time. So as long as you have the time, then you can call to try and save the accounts.

But yes it's best from this point on to use a prepaid phone. You'll get better results and they're so cheap so there's little reason not to.
