No policies when listing

Hi,
I have Israeli eBay accounts and US eBay accounts,
Both selling on .com, on the Israeli eBay accounts,
once I listed the first item from now on I have these policies [for all sections] option I can just choose when I'm listing -



BUT on my US accounts I don't have that option -



Any ideas?

Click on "Add or remove options", it will allow you to use more shipping methods.

Shipping policy was just an example,
On one account I can create\edit policies on the other I can't.
