ebay payment says estimated funds unavailbe!

Hello guys
having trouble with item sold on ebay
when customer pay is says payment is imitated and is being process by payment
it happen to over 24 payment out of 28 being sold, what happening and the payment not in the payment
how do I cause this not to happen
isit cause the paypal in different name o the ebay ?

payent initiated the specific days and is being processed through paypal sorry .
