Well, place 1 qty each. Sell, wait for feedbacks. Place 1 qty each again. Wait for feedbacks again. When you have more than 10 feedbacks, put full quantities of each item.
Whatever you do just take it slow and encourage buyers to leave you feedback. Moving too fast can cause an account to go under.
It's important to let accounts "cool down" after a period of high sales. Just give the account a chance to acquire feedback and buyers a chance to receive everything shipped.
