If you receive strikes for vero but you are winning the vero cases are the strikes removed?

If Vero reverse the decision then the strike will be removed however im not sure what you mean by "you are winning the case" all you can do is submit proof documents to them then its in their hand on whether your legit or not.

Knowing how eB can be a wretched judgement/suspension platform....I highly doubt strikes come off if you win - maybe shelved but always kept in the background...but let others post with experience. I don't deal with Vero on the large part to have strikes like that

If this is for ebay UK, it is rather difficult to win a VeRo strike.

Care to share more info.

Even if you win the case (which very hard), EB will still have an eye on you, as a big red flag will be on your account. Which can lead to an automated suspension in the nearest future. It is like with defect rate, even if you resolve a defect positively, it is still a defect.

Basically if you receive a vero take down on your item. You submit the documentation you have and it is accepted. Will the vero strike be removed
