Stealth begginer - IP, bank account, top up

Hello!
I have purchased stealth guide and almost everything is clear to me except some things.

IP changing

I am not IT guru at all and in guide it seems to me supercomplicated. I have iMac OSX Mountain lion, dynamic IP /direct connect cable, wifi possible but turned off/. after every turning on/off new ip generated in our area (+-50 - 100 miles). Is this enough or need to make some other steps to change IP? I have checked it a lot of times, always no IP (or 5 digits change in IP) is generated after turning off/on.

top up stealth paypal

how to top up stealth paypal? I read that classic bank top up or top up via platforms is not secure because these top ups contains senders info. Is there some way how to securely top up stealth paypal? need purchase something on ebay to get some feedback so i need to top up somehow paypal.

ok will make separate bank account and prepaid card (this card is only for verification of paypal i guess, nothing more, isn't it? correct me please if i am wrong, i saw a lot of gift cards, visa, mastercard, meastro and so on so maybe this could work fine?). What about the withraw from stealth paypal, i guess money are going directly to bank account(if selected this method), is it secure? according guide it should be, because bank is not sharing info with paypal.

and the last of my very stupid questions

ID verification PayPal
in past i have experienced limit and have to provide ID. so i did. if this will happen, then should i provide a bit ,,corrected,, ID with matching all details from PayPal/Ebay ? Is it okay?

Welcome to the forums.

Why do you want to top it up? You use the credit card to make purchases.

You need bank account - which bank you thinking of using? Gift cards...vanilla visa works well.

If you get hit with ID verification...you provide id that matches stealth account info

yes, totally forget about credit card option, i was used to pay with PP.
my question is if i can use credit card linked to my bank account (on my real name of course), does ebay track my name or adress then somehow and link it together and ban me thanks to this?
i must do some investigation about banks, not decided yet.

if i set up account in austria and bank is in another country, adress in ebay/paypal in austria, using austrian ip.....could be this issue?

to make it clear.... eBay Stealth account based in austria , shipping adress austria, paypal shipping adress austria but bank and card czech republic (different state)
