Have I been Linked? Buyer is trying to pay but cant
My account is set up where you need to pay at check out. I just got a message from a potential buyer saying hes trying to purchase something but it says "Buyer is unable to accept payments at this time" ... I have yet to get something from eBay but this doesn't sound good. Normally Sunday is loaded with sales but I've only had one since 2pm. Linked/Screwed? All my listings are active and I have zero DSR's or anything that would make ebay ban me.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Sounds like its an issue on his end.
I tried to purchase something via paypal 2 weeks ago and got a similar error.
About 2 days later, I was fine to make the purchase.

No, I have had several stealth accounts do this this weekend and last weekend. Its a glitch within ebay or paypal and the lil worms will not owe up to it. I actually had a buyer get ****ty because I couldnt take his payment. I had another who found a work around to buy the item from me. Anyhow, it not your account or the buyers account. It is just sucky ass Ebay

I have seen this glitch randomly when I send payments that are above my pp sending limit.

WRONG........AND RIGHT.
Tell the buyer it is his account's fault because you are getting payments every day with no problems. Then tell him you will send him a PP invoice from your wife's account.
When this happens to me it is becasue I have received the PP message that I have to submit my SSN (because I have hit the 150+- sales in a year and/or am approaching the $20K limit. This is for a stealth account which I have not given personal info for.
I just set up a tem PP account and use it to acept payments until a couple weeks into January when the restriction is lifted and I cna go back to the first PP account.....until it gets near the "need your SSN" threshold. I think it is around 150 trans and then they shut you off at about 190 transactions. My stuff does not reach $20K so that is not a factor.
