Ebay charge Dispute

Hi to all.
Has anyone had any luck with disputing credit card charges after getting shut down by Ebay ? They are hitting my card for fees and a customer charge back. I have disputed with my card company (AMEX) , and although AMEX has been helpful I have my doubts about a favorable outcome.

You ran up the bill, it's time to pay.

The CC company is ultimately going to find in their favor.

Maybe, but I like to give them as much hassle as possible.
Fact is you can dispute for ****ty customer service, always worth a shot.

Yes, you can file, and they'll usually give you a temporary credit, but in the end you'll lose, they'll end up charging your card again, and they'll put a note on your CC file that will affect future activity on your CC account because of a frivolous claim.

This seems like a real waste of the credit card companies time. You owe eBay the money, its not a defensible position your just going to loose the claim .
