0/00 Limits :/ Advice?
 

Ive made many many stealth's over the years but lately they are little more tricky.. I had two over a month old, the first I got 50/5000! So I supper happy, thinking I figured out what I did wrong.. Second one 00/00.. Blah. :/
These are my steps:
New Windows
New email
New IP
TracFone
Made up Name
I make sure my Paypal is at least 80% verfied before connecting it.
I do also browse and buy a couple small items..for under a doller
I have tried calling after getting the 0/00 and they always say they acnt find me in the system they look you up in..And you get no limits
I think that's about it.. Please let me know if you have any advice for me, anything would be appreciated!

Before i give you my advice..... is the address you used a real physical address ?

ok does all this info match on paypal and ebay first name last name zip and cell number also does your debit or gift card zipcode match for ebay and paypal

your address is not a place of business right like MD or BK a real house or apt ??

Yes everything matches, address is a real address as well, I always check that on google maps.. no business address's

are you useing a vanilla visa gift card that looks like this

did you do the 1.95 for paypal also did you confirm your bank with the 2 small despots that paypal puts in your bank. did you add a phone to paypal and confirm it with a txt or call

please dont get mad i am not saying you did anything wrong but when i add my paypal i make sure it is a 100 % i see you did it at 80% i have done 80% be for but that was about 2 years ago.

I never verify my PayPal account 100% of the way just in case my eBay account gets trashed as soon as I list an item. There is no point in wasting a perfectly good bank account. I'd recommend keeping your PayPal account at 80% until you have available funds.

On all the accounts i make i usually just go to 80% and have not had any problems

make sure your phone number for paypal and ebay is 100% match

IT had Bank & Card
Phone numbers on both did match too.
Always take new pics..
And it didn't even let me list my first item, said right away you've reached your selling limit

so Bank and Card where verified but phone was not, but that's only because there wasn't a confirm you phone link next to my phone number... so I couldn't

If you get 0/0 limits, just call in and request an increase....I've done that and gone from 0 to 50 items per month just from one 3 minute call.

I did call afterwards, the lady just said we cant find you in the database and we cant give you any limits

Yup, that happens sometimes. Keep calling until you get someone nice who increases your limits.
