Default Does ebay record your IP when you browse their site?
When you are not logged in but say just browsing your own items, is your IP recorded?

Cookies / flash objections have been cleaned of course.....

Definitely when registering and when listing or logging in anytime, If you just browsing without logging in, not too sure there
