Indefinite Suspension After First Listing Is NOT Indefinite.
Most of my accounts survive the initial listing, however lately a few of my accounts have not. My listing gets removed and I get an email stating that my account has been INDEFINITELY suspended due to "serious concerns". Well a 5 minute phone call is all it takes to get around this....and with an account that has 1000/25000 limits, youre damn right I will try to save it. What I was told is that its a security measure for new sellers to verify the items you are selling. They ask two questions...one, where did you get the item. And two, how are you going to ship the item. Couple minute hold and they tell you that your account is reinstated. That wasnt indefinite, that was temporary. Of course, this could also be a setup for them to verify public records, which they DID NOT do. So anyone who receives this "indefinite suspension" after listing your first item, you need to call in. |
