Question about Data Sim

Any one know if Ebay or paypal can get Data Sim ICCID?
Means do I have to use new Data Sim with each account?
I am using Dongle

No, they can't see that. They will only see your IP address. You can use the same data sim providing that you change your IP address every time you log into another account.

Are you connecting via PC or via Phone/Tablet?
You should manage accouns on different pc users in order to keep cookies separate one account from another.

Well my setup is:
Virtual Box
several virtual machine
each virtual machine use the same dongle and same data sim
dongle will give you new IP every time you connect, BUT DNS still the same ( is that a problem same DNS? )

No. Get new IP for every connection and avoid cross use the same IP on different accounts.
Use this tool to keep log of the already used IPs

I agree, the dongle give a new IP every time you log in, or is there anything else I can do?
I wonder if i can set the IP manually for the dongle? can I?

You can't setup the IP Manually...that's virtually impossible.

Just make sure you track the IP address and that is enough
